The Old Town of Lijiang in China's Yunnan Province has largely preserved its colorful beauty and romantic, lazy charm. It became China's favorite recreational spot. In one of Lijiang's many small alleys, I saw colorful umbrellas lined up along the ridges of rooftops. They are colorful and dancing in the breeze, very romantic and pleasing to the eye.
