This is underneath the Woodrow Wilson Bridge at Jones Point Park in Alexandria, Virginia. A friend and I were trying to photograph lightning across the Potomac River when it started to rain on us. I ducked under the bridge. Most people photograph the bridge. I turned around and saw this view and made the image.
