The desert southwest is known for its trademark Saguaro cactus but did you know that it has the most diverse plant life than any other desert in the world and that it only gets 4-12 inches of rain per year? I was there in the Sonoran Desert region in February 2018 and it actually produced some of that 4-12 inches. You can see it coming.
