United States Flag retirement ceremony.
April 15, 2017. Cleveland, TN Fire Department's first Flag retirement ceremony as viewed by our daughter, Jamie Claire. She is the daughter of FF Scott Campbell. The Fire Department has designated drop off points for the community to leave their tattered and worn flags so that they may be retired correctly and with honor.
