I was on my birding trip to Cauvery Wildlife Sanctuary which is a protected area located in the Ramanagar districts of Karnataka/India. Smooth coated-otter and marsh crocodile are two important riverine wildlife species found here.The sanctuary is also famous for the endangered fish Deccan Mahsheer.
