While touring the urban streets of Ghent,Belgium, it was a cold and drab, overcast day. As our tour group progressed, I noticed a rainbow of color using signage and a twist of balloons in an otherwise colorless environment. A restaurant presides at street level at the bottom awaiting patrons and at the top of the stairs a patron exits a store located above.
