USS Constellation at the Inner Harbor, Baltimore
The USF Constellation was first launched from Baltimore in 1797, but in 1853 the frigate was disassembled. Some of its material was used to make the USS Constellation, the last sail-only warship to be designed and built by the United States Navy, and she now rests in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.
