Caption: Varanasi Ghat at Night Varanasi is the oldest living city in the world. It is situated beside The Ganges river. The city boasts brilliant architectures of thousands of years and is also famous for its sacred status. The Ghats or the banks are lighted at night and it gives a fairy tale look to Varanasi and it is really worth the visit. The boats, the people, the colors and the architecture are the essence of this city. In this shot I tried to capture this essence at its best.
