Firefighters with West Metro Fire Rescue responded to a house fire on November 11, 2018. The homeowner (a veteran) was able to get out, but his dog was lost in the commotion. Scared, wet and shivering, the dog was located near the front door. One of our firefighters wrapped him up in a towel to dry him off and warm him up.
