16th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
Via Lactea
It was a partial cloudy day and believing so much that the sky would open at some point that I went to Sellicks Beach, two hours on a bus and train from Adelaide to try my first Milky Way photo. I waited for about three hours for a small slice of time where I could see the sky. I got lucky. That night the sky opened only for five minutes.
