My 4 year old son Victor was romping with his best friend, 12-year old Loge. I love the spontaneity and joy of their running together, on the Northwestern University Campus with Chicago skyline and Lake Michigan in background. Ten days later Loge left us. Victor says he is in heaven, which is an island. My parents, other dogs and people live there. There are beaches, forests, and squirrels to chase.
