Victoria Harbour-colored cloud of fog 2016
Victoria Harbor is shrouded in a vibrantly-colored cloud of fog. In the spring, it’s common for fog to develop across the greater Hong Kong area, according to weather.com meteorologist Quincy Vagell. Warm and cold air masses collide, leading to condensation and the formation of fog, which is become very dense. Shot at night, the lights of the city illuminate the haze, making for stunning pictures. Hong Kong has long been a city of bright lights and you can see the various colored lights of the buildings light up the fog from underneath.
