We arrived at the Masai village in the middle of the afternoon. The moment we arrived, the rain came down hard. As is often the case in the Mara, the downpour lasted a short time and then stopped. Everyone in the village went out of their huts. A group of young kids noticed that I was taking photos and just sat next to a couple of goats against the wall of a hut. They started looking at me as if they were asking me to take their photo. I did.
