Visitor on the grave
The Arlington National Cemetery is one of two cemeteries in the US national system that are maintained by the US Army. Nearly 400,000 people are buried at this 639-acre (259-hectare) site. My intention here was not to show comprehensive sadness but respect for the fallen soldiers. Knowing the facts as well as the stories, it was completely different to walk in this place. This silence, tranquillity, and the autumn colors.
