Poas Volcano is one of the most active volcano in the world and considered to be the most breathtaking site in Costa Rica. Typically, the best time to see it is during the early hours in the morning and there is only 15% chance the crater will be visible in the afternoon. Shortly after I took this shot the clouds were covering the crater.
