A closed campground on the misty California coast waiting to reopen. Covid shut down campgrounds all over the country. This particular site was used frequently by the community of Americans who live in their campers, and homeless who wander up and down the coast. After the initial shutdown, the campground opened with social distancing guidelines in place, only to be closed again as infection rates rose. The loneliness of the campground was particularly striking on this damp April night.
