After filling up a drum with gasoline in Uyuni, driving for hours on ragged dirt roads in an ill equipped rental car, setting up a campsite in the dark & barely sleeping - I walked up the hill just after sunrise to check out my surroundings... the empty Bolivian Altiplano at it's finest.
