A small park of antique statues is located near to Archaeological Museum (Istanbul, Turkey). Masterpieces of the past are well-tended and spaced with care (at least it seems so), but high density and out of the main building exposure speak to the fact that they don’t mean a lot to our generation. Catching myself thinking this way, I couldn’t stop seeing pain and desperation in the eyes of the marble head.
