Water's Soul in Jersey City

Although our favorite sculptured lady in Jersey City is the Statue of Liberty, we have another majestic lady gracing the skyline and her name is Water's Soul. She was created by Barcelona artist Jaume Plensa and commissioned by the LeFrak & Simon families to grace the Jersey City waterfront. Water's Soul is a reminder that we must protect our natural resources and as she sits there with her hand to her lips she seems to be begging us to calm our spirits so we can really listen to what we are doing to the natural world around us.
