16th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Altered Images
We all fall like the leaves, eventually.

I have been riding to this particular spot since 2015. I have taken many photos here, but the sun gave away a beautiful mix of colors that I felt truly captured the beauty of this machine. Riders have a saying, “There’s riders who’ve been down, and riders who will go down.” The meaning of this saying, fits perfectly with the scenery. The falling leaves of Washington State’s lush gold forests, come fall.
