Humans will say that Toby is a "rescue." His forever family adopted him in September 2010 after two other homes rejected him, one of those homes caging him around the clock to where he lost teeth trying to chew his way out. He's never been caged since, and gets a minimum of five dog parks a week. Here he is flying across the sand at one of his favorite parks in Egg Harbor, New Jersey.
