12th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest People
Welcoming Fall in the park.
We found the perfect location. As the leaves in the tree tops in the distance had begun to change for fall, it radiated a fairytale feeling that went perfectly with Kaya's dress and flowered headpiece. A lone flower, which had managed to hold tight to its petals when all others' had fallen, peeked in from the side of the shot.
