It was pouring rain. I had wrapped my camera in a plastic bag, but even wrapped in, I did not felt comfortable to use my camera. I gave up and returned to my car. On my way back, the sun came through. Not long, just long enough to find this poor kestrel feeling soaking wet. She wasn't that thrilled about the weather, I guess. Complaining loudly how bad it was. I felt kinda sorry for this bird.
