This sea lion pup on the beach in the Galapagos gave us quite the investigation as we waited for our zodiac to pick us up. By himself, mother nowhere in sight, he had zero fear of us and just eyed us instead with curiosity, twisting his head back and forth like a dog puppy might to a strange sound except in this case it was the strange sight of a half-dozen tourist loitering on his favorite beach.
