21st Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
When giants meet
We spotted a big elephant bull crossing the plains. We positioned the car so Mt. Kilimanjaro will be as the background. I underexposed the imaged and lowered the camera to the ground to emphasize the elephant's size.
