12th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest People
When it's cold, it's quiet.
Walking alone on Mount Royal Cemetery, in Montreal, I felt an overwhelming solace and turned my head and saw this stunning landscape. Though technically there are no living people in the people, they were once alive and that's all that should matter.
