I was vacationing on Seabrook Island, South Carolina and used every opportunity (when tide was low) to walk along the ocean. That day weather forecast was quite bad - storm was expected - and I wanted to have at least a quick stroll on the beach. Interestingly enough it did not rain. It was windy and clouds just passed over.
