Where do the children play ?

I felt what does it really means once one live beside an open cast coal mine ablaze for more than a century. Inhabitants of the place have to continuously inhale its noxious fumes but can’t leave the hellish place since the coal is their only source of income. It’s just like living on an inferno where mines are constantly spewing out toxic pollutants. I saw children were trying to fly kite where sky overhead was heavy and dark with fumes during sunset and this might be one of the very few recreational activities they can perform.
