When Americans travel, they seem to go to places that have become Americanized. To me, you should go to places that are out of that category. Go to places that don't sell cheeseburgers and hot dogs, go try new local cuisines and help contribute to their society that is a lot smaller than ours. Explore places that are off the grid, but still breath-taking.
