White Andean Mountain Range

My first Summit, taken in the way to the Huarapasca snowy mountain Peak (5,418 M.a.s.l) In the southern part of the White Andean Mountain Range. This is a special image, it represents hard work, persistence and the achievement of my goals for the production for my landscape photography book. The background story for this is very emotional too, after failing other past expeditions due to health issues and lack of preparation, my dear friend and mountain guide Nacho Vasquez took me to the summit whilst being sick, it´s an important memory because my friend passed away 3 months after this experience, every time I see this image, a flash goes by the moment we where climbing, were the mind had no time to think of any other thing than coordinating the movement of my arms and lecks in a 65 degree 300 meter wall climb, my very first challenge of this sort.
