White-bellied Sea Eagle with a puffer fish

White-bellied sea eagles fish in the Strait of Malacca and carry their prey to their nests on the top of the adjacent Pearl Hill. A significant number of the fish are puffer fish which begs the question as to how the eagles avoid the lethal tetrodotoxin in the fish species.
