13th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Altered Images
White Lizard
Old trees, fallen trees, dead trees, and tree stumps sometimes have wonderful shapes and patterns. While hiking the Niwot Ridge I found this old stump that looked like a sculpture. It captivated me, because I could see a white lizard in it.
