White Tips Packing Hunting

Cocos, aka "Shark" Island is located 340 miles off the coast of Costa Rica, and is an important location for several species of shark, including Hammerhead, Tiger, White Tip, and Galapagos. Although individualistic, the White Tip Reef Shark engages in nocturnal pack hunting behavior. Their specially designed bodies allow them to access tight pockets within the coral reef, to hunt small bony fishes and mollusks.
