I was driving back home to Sacramento after a solo camping trip to Big Sur. I love driving up the PCH so I like to take my time and make as much stops as I can to take in the serene views. Looking in my rear view mirror I noticed the moon rising above the mountaintops behind me so I pulled over as fast as I could to get a shot. I pulled out my camera and took several photos. When I finally got the chance to download and view the photos I realized there was a white van in the frame (when I was first taking the photos I didn't even notice the van), which is honestly my favorite part of the picture.
