Wichuj the Guardian
According to the Huo̧ttö̧ja̧ Indigenous community, Wichuj is the guardian of Kuaymayojo, known as the Autana Tepui, a 1.300 mt height formation at the heart of the Venezuelan Amazon and part of the Guayanese Shield. According to the Huo̧ttö̧ja̧ cosmogony, the Autana is the "tree of life", where life began on earth millions of years ago.
