I have been dreaming of visiting Glacier National Park for years and finally had the chance when two friends and I made a 3500 mile road trip starting from Cleveland, OH (carpooling makes a great way to sustainably travel). I had heard of the famous Wild Goose Island and was praying that the weather would hold up for us. Getting up at 4:30 am wasn't hard at all knowing that the sun was rising perfectly over the mountains, making a heavenly scene.
