Wild horses on Cumberland Island
There are approximately 150 wild horses on Cumberland Island. They are descendants of the horses left behind by the Carnegie family when they left the Island. The horses have free reign of the Island and visitors to the Island are instructed to not approach or feed the horses. These horses were near the beach when I took the picture.
