These simple flowers bloom wild all over the state of Maine. This image was taken as a memento of 1 of my many trips to SpringPoint Light in South Portland, Maine. I was focused on the beauty of the lighthouse & it's breakwater when I spotted these flowers. I envisioned a more majestic image of these often underappreciated blooms.
