Flamingos land into the Talawe lake in Navi Mumbai, IndiaFlamingos land into the Talawe lake in Navi Mumbai, India, a habitat part of the wetlands of Navi Mumbai. There is a peaceful co existence as long as the habitats and the lakes are there. Once the habitat reduces because of future construction like golf courses or apartment complexes, the flamingos will need to find other suitable places which will give them their blue green algae as well as the ability to walk the water depths of unto 2 feet. The lesser flamingos are near Threatened in the IUCN list as of now. What you see are the NRI Apartment buildings facing the Talawe lake
