14th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest People
Winnowing Corn
A Black Hmong man is winnowing his corn in order to make some rice wine. I took this picture in Northern Vietnam near the city of Sapa while I was travelling in this region. I really wanted to see the way Black Hmong people live.
