Winter Wonderland
Winter in Spiti Valley is extremely harsh and temperatures are known to sometimes fall to -40 degrees Celsius. Snowfall embraces the valley from October and stays till March. This image was shot by the end of winter, where parts of the valley was still covered in snow. The morning light beautifully lifts the colors and brightens up the entire scene.
