On the edge of the Hudson Bay, and this juvenile bear was passing through the territory of the local wolf pack. It seemed that the wolf wanted to hurry the bear on its way. Whilst the chase lasted a while, the wolf probably didn't want to tackle the bear on its own as the risk of injury even from that bear would be too high. It seemed happy to simply chase it away.
