The photograph is taken at a Famous Sea Beach,Puri in Orissa, where a numerous tourists are gathering almost in everyday. So it is very hard for the Local Administration to keep the beach clean and hygiene everyday. So they engaged local women who are regularly visiting the site and make it clean almost in everyday.
