Cusco, an ancient city, still shows its Incan, Spanish and other historic roots (e.g., Q'ero culture). One result is some women’s dress: vibrant traditional large skirts and tops, with western type hats but adorned with colorful bands and flowers. (Men there usually wear contemporary clothes.)
