I was traveling with a French family I was an au-pair-turned-family-member with, and we were walking from Thamel to the Monkey Temple -- about a thirty-minute walk. We stopped for a while and watched this man work on some incredibly intricate wood carvings. I especially love the look of Baby Shiva on the back wall!
