Work Station at the Company Formerly Known as Bucyrus
Throughout the campus of the 125-year-old Bucyrus-Erie factory, now owned by Caterpillar, the spartan work stations are appointed with a chair or stool, a phone, and a clock. Some elements are partly concealed behind yellow film. Bright primary colors and repeating patterns create a modernist composition, while the stool stands in for a person immersed in an industrial space.
