This photo was taken near Boulder, Colorado, on the road leading to the eastern entrance of Moffat Tunnel (through which the railroad passes underneath the Continental Divide). The bright yellow house was visible from a great distance, and contrasted with the rather bleak winter landscape that surrounded it.
