Yosemite Falls and El Capitan from Sentinel Meadow
After my mother-in-law's death, my husband and I took his grieving, 84-year-old dad on a road trip to Yosemite Valley. Welcome winter rain and snow storms in northern California had contributed to almost-normal water levels in the falls.
