After several days of harsh trekking crossing the Zanskar Range in Indian Himalaya we arrived to Lingshed, an isolated village only accessible in summer season due to extreme weather condition of the area. As usual, people from village and particularly monastery monks, were extremely friendly with us to the point that monks let us spent the day with them, sharing their ceremonies, classes and meal. This young monk was in charge of the kitchen and he was who prepared us some food at lunchtime and share with a nice chat while we were eating. We will be forever grateful for this amazing day living as monks in a isolated Gompa in middle of Himalayas.
