My daughters love traveling to cities, and even small cities like Wheeling, WV give them a sense of wonder and excitement. On a sunny winter afternoon, our family took a day trip to explore all the city had to offer. I couldn't help but love the way my young girls looked so grown up - and so confident - trekking through town.
